Your server is built against the U.S. Department of Defense (DISA) security baseline for Ubuntu 24.04, the same hardening guidance used on government systems. This is an alignment to that baseline, not a formal certification.

The website (design, code and hosting) is provided as part of the managed service and remains ours. It does not transfer if the service ends.

  • Computer hardware. Computers, laptops, tablets, printers, routers, Wi-Fi and cabling are not supplied, set up or repaired.
  • Mobile phone support. Help with staff mobile phones and tablets is an optional add-on.
  • Desk phones and headsets. The phone apps are included; handsets are quoted separately.
  • Migrations. Moving existing email, phone systems or websites. This package is for new businesses.
  • Usage above the monthly limits. Billed only with your approval.

Who is Business in a Box for?

Brand-new businesses, or ones that have just opened, with no existing website, company email or phone system to move. If you already run those and need them migrated, we scope that separately.

What does the first year include?

The build of all six pieces (website, business email, cloud phones, CRM and AI automation, SEO and marketing, security and support) plus twelve months of running them: hosting, licences, patching, monitoring, backups, content and support, within the usage limits shown on the page.

What happens after the first year?

The package renews at $10,000 a year and we keep everything running. Prices are for a 12-month term and exclude taxes and telecom regulatory fees.

Who owns the website, the domain and the phone numbers?

Your domain is yours if you brought it, and is turned over on request if we registered it. Your email, accounts and business data live in an account your business owns, and phone numbers can be ported. The website itself (design, code and hosting) is part of the managed service and stays with CybPro.

Do I need to buy computers or phones?

No hardware is included or required. The phone system works through desktop and mobile apps; desk phones and headsets are quoted separately, as is help with staff mobile devices.

Is anything guaranteed?

Service levels for the systems we manage are written into the agreement. No search ranking, traffic or sales result can be guaranteed, and no security measure can guarantee a system cannot be breached.

Is there an October offer?

Yes.
